In International Scrabble, "ne" (no accent) is an old word meaning "not". So "façade" and "café", both used in English, are spelled FACADE and CAFE, and "né", which is used in English to indicate a man's original name (as "née" is for a woman), is also valid. There is no rule against words with accents, and these are spelled as if the word doesn't have an accent.
